Public Notice of Examination Hearings

Main Modifications (February 2022)

Following hearing sessions held in June 2021 and the completion of Action Points, the Inspector provided suggested modifications to the Council’s Site Allocations Development Plan Document (Sites DPD), which were subject to consultation between November 2021 and  January 2022. The responses received are available to view below.

Planning Inspector

The Secretary of State has appointed Inspector Mike Fox BA (Hons) DIPTP MRTPI to conduct the independent examination of the Site Allocations DPD.

Programme Officer

The Programme Officer undertakes the administration of the examination under the direction of the Planning Inspector and all communications are handled by the Programme Officer.
