Local Plan 2004
The Mid Sussex Local Plan was adopted on May 27th 2004 and is part of the development plan for Mid Sussex. This has now been replaced by the Mid Sussex District Plan. However, some policies in the Mid Sussex Local Plan 2004 have been saved on adoption of the District Plan.
For the part of Mid Sussex District that is within the South Downs National Park, the South Downs Local Plan is the development plan (adopted July 2019).
